To the fullest extent permitted by law, erek99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
In no event shall erek99's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. erek99 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon Account closure, you may withdraw any remaining Balance subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcome before final Balance calculation.
erek99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required by law or regulatory authorities.
Upon Account termination by erek99 for Terms violations, we reserve the right to confiscate any remaining Balance and void any pending bets. If Account termination is not due to Player misconduct, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered dormant. erek99 reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining Balance, whichever is less, for dormant Accounts. You will be notified before any fees are charged and may reactivate your Account to avoid fees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where erek99 operates under license. To the extent permitted by law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through our customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team for review.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation. Any arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
